EXPERIENCE

  • Acting for commercial clients in judicial review and procurement challenges, international arbitrations regarding contractual and tortious claims, and commercial litigations including media, sports, data and infrastructure disputes, both in the US and England and Wales.
  • Assisting government bodies in relation to the COVID inquiry.  
  • Advising clients in relation to regulatory action and engagement, including by the Charity Commission, Equalities and Human Rights Commission and the Office for Financial Sanctions Implementation. 
  • Drafting primary and secondary legislation, including proposed amendments to the Mental Health Bill. 
  • Advising sovereign States on climate policy and COP activities, including related to human rights and equalities. 
  • Advising global technology companies on freedom of expression and due process standards in international law.
