Gitte Christensen

Gitte Christensen is primarily engaged in public law and the regulation of real estate. She advises municipalities, social housing organisations and private enterprises on issues relating to administrative law, real estate and lease law and she holds special expertise within subsidised/regulated housing.

Gitte has extensive experience in litigation mainly within her specialist areas and enforcement proceedings, including possession proceedings and collection proceedings. She also has experience in providing advice within IPR and marketing law.
