Tamlin Cooper

Tamlin Cooper is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group where she focuses on family law matters.

Tamlin’s family practice includes asset division, spousal support and child support. She also drafts and advises clients on cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements. She is a certified collaborative family lawyer. 

Tamlin has represented clients in all levels of ‎courts in British Columbia and before arbitrators and mediators in alternative dispute resolution forums.

Before articling with the firm in 2014, Tamlin worked as a judicial law clerk for seven justices at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
