Ivan Creis is an associate in the Paris office of DLA Piper, within the Restructuring & Special Situations team.
Ivan works on matters involving French and international clients – distressed companies, shareholders, creditors, purchasers and investors – at all stages of amicable and insolvency proceedings.
He is also involved in litigation relating to distressed companies and commercial disputes before French courts.Languages

Prior Experience
Before joining DLA Piper, Ivan completed two years of internships within French and international law firms in Paris, working within M&A and restructuring teams.
He also gained in-house experience within the finance team of a multinational company in Singapore.
