Beatriz is an associate in the Litigation and Regulatory practice in the Madrid office. She develops her practice in the area of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, advising national and international clients in the defense strategy, both in pre-litigation and judicial phase, in a wide variety of proceedings, before both courts and arbitral tribunals.
She has experience in resolving corporate disputes and in matters related to directors’ liability, as well as contractual liability in banking agreements, company acquisitions, financing operations, and agency, distribution, and franchise agreements. Also possesses knowledge of non-contractual liability, construction-related claims, insurance law, protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, and issues related to unfair competition and competition law.
