Elizabeth Crimmins

Elizabeth Crimmins focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations and compliance, and appellate matters. She represents companies in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts, including fraud and breach of contract claims. Elizabeth has experience across all phases of litigation, from fact development and discovery through dispositive motion practice and appeal. 

Elizabeth clerked for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Paul S. Diamond of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. That experience at both the trial and appellate levels informs her approach to briefing and appellate advocacy. She graduated magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Business.
