Nicole is a triple-qualified lawyer (Austria, England and Wales, New York) and member in the Litigation and Regulatory team at DLA Piper's Vienna office. She advises clients in all questions of litigation and competition law and has been with DLA Piper since 2010.

She is an experienced litigator, especially in the field of mass litigation, and has been advising clients in international large-scale civil and competition proceedings as well as numerous mass proceedings for more than a decade. Her areas of focus include in particular in the gambling, automotive and financial services sectors.

Further, Nicole also advises and represents clients in front of competition and supervisory authorities during proceedings, dawn raids and on-site inspections.

  • Advising an association of manufacturers of cans for food and beverage in Europe, on competition law aspects in the context of the association.
  • Merger control advice to an Austrian construction group regarding the stake-structure of 25,1% for our client and a private investment company in an Austrian software developer. including merger notification.
