Amanda T. Davis

Amanda Davis is an associate in the firm's Real Estate group, where she represents institutional, private equity, developer and corporate clients in their acquisition, financing, development and/or leasing of assets throughout the United States. She counsels clients in the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, membership interest purchase agreement, commercial leases, and loan documents prepared in connection with owning and operating a variety of asset types, including student housing, shopping centers, single and multi-family housing, industrial, office and retail spaces. She also assists with business entity formation and drafting organizational documents.
