Paul Day has a practice centered around the defense of complex product liability, toxic tort, personal injury and asbestos litigation in both state and federal courts.
He also represents three US shipping companies in maritime personal injury and asbestos cases.
He serves as national coordinating counsel to a leading manufacturer of automotive service equipment and tools, work that includes cases of alleged exposure to friction products. He also represents a major US tobacco company in regional litigation.
He has also represented petrochemical companies and manufacturers of industrial machinery and equipment, home appliances, pharmaceuticals and food products in a range of personal injury and property damage cases.
