Taylor Dodson is a litigation associate in the product liability and class actions group with a focus on developing scientific evidence, coordinating parallel state and federal litigations, and preparing cases for trial. Ms. Dodson has experience in nearly every aspect of litigation, including initial investigation, case pool management, bellwether analysis and selection, discovery and case workup, motions practice, and trial.

Before joining the firm, she was a trial attorney at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, where she represented juveniles charged with serious felonies. Ms. Dodson received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2021, where she served on the executive board of the Women's Law Association (WLA), served on the Article Selection Board of the Harvard Civil Rights – Civil Liberties Law Review, and was a member of both the Prison Legal Assistance Project and the National Lawyers Guild. Prior to law school, Ms. Dodson worked in the life sciences compliance sector, where she advised initial internal investigations.

Ms. Dodson maintains an active and varied pro bono practice. She serves as a legal mentor with Discovering Justice and has served in partnership with Kids in Need of Assistance (KIND) and the Montana Innocence Project.
