About

Cameron Fine represents clients from a wide range of industries, including the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, technology, software, sports, travel and hospitality, finance and real estate sectors, in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as domestic and international arbitration.

Cameron has represented clients in disputes involving intellectual property litigation, the Defend Trade Secrets and Uniform Trade Secrets Acts, internal investigations, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, lending disputes, contract disputes, fraud, fiduciary duty, securities fraud and class-action litigation.

Cameron is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Trade Secrets (WG 12). Among Cameron's cases is a ruling obtaining preliminary injunction against a foreign corporation for misappropriation of a domestic medical device manufacturer’s trade secrets. He subsequently won in the United States Court of Appeals establishing new law concerning the extraterritorial application of the Ohio Uniform Trade Secrets Act. Cameron's work in the healthcare, technology and sports sectors includes work touching on both domestic and international procedural and substantive issues in state, federal and international tribunals.

Cameron's experience includes representation at all stages of litigation, including initial case investigation, discovery, contested hearings and oral argument, trial and appeal.

Before practicing law, Cameron worked in commercial real estate development in Arizona and California. In his free time, Cameron enjoys traveling, golf and wine. He also played college football while at Yale University.
