Venessa Fedun

Venessa Fedun practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law and wills & estate planning, with a ‎particular emphasis on commercial transactions, corporate organization and restructuring, and personal ‎and business succession planning.  ‎

Venessa is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and advises clients on a wide ‎array of business law matters throughout western Canada including share and asset acquisitions and ‎dispositions, secured lending, financing, and commercial leases. ‎

Venessa also assists clients in developing individualized estate plans, and advises clients on the ‎preparation of wills, powers of attorney, personal directives, and trusts.‎

She is qualified to practise law and serve clients in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. ‎
