  • Represented an institutional real estate investor in its $65 million sale of an office and retail portfolio in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood
  •  Represented an institutional real estate investor in its refinancing of a senior living facility in Massachusetts

Bobby's pro bono work includes the representation of victims of domestic violence in obtaining MGL c. 209A protective orders and the representation of non-profit organizations on their real estate transactions.
