Lisa Fleckenstein advises national and international companies in the field of commercial criminal law.
The main focus of her work is advising companies affected by criminal offences committed by third parties or company employees. She also represents companies before investigating authorities and courts.
Another focus is advising companies on extensive internal investigations concerning detection, prosecution and prevention of internal company irregularities.EXPERIENCE
- Advising an international listed company on an ongoing basis, in particular with regard to cooperation with criminal investigation authorities and courts regarding the provision of “cloud“ services.
