Sean regularly advises on share and asset purchase transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations, in addition to general corporate matters and governance issues. He also drafts and negotiates commercial agreements that support clients' day to day operations.
Sean's real estate practice includes commercial purchases and sales, as well as office, retail and industrial leasing. He also advises on various real property matters, such as easements, rights of way and title issues. In addition, Sean acts for lenders and borrowers on financing transactions, including real estate secured lending.
Sean works with a wide range of clients, including professionals, owner managed businesses, public corporations, retailers and not for profit entities. Much of his practice involves acting as ongoing counsel to clients on their corporate and real estate matters.
