DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Sean Frederick to the firm’s Calgary office as an associate in the Corporate Services group.
Sean maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on business formation, corporate restructuring, and commercial transactions. He assists clients on a wide range of matters, including cross-border asset purchases, drafting share purchase and shareholder agreements, and incorporating businesses.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Sean practiced at a boutique business law firm based in Calgary.
