Kelly L. Freund’s practice is primarily focused on corporate litigation in Delaware's Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court and complex commercial litigation in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.
Kelly’s work encompasses stockholder derivative actions, corporate valuation disputes, M&A litigation, contractual disputes, books and records proceedings, corporate governance disputes, internal investigations, and other commercial disputes. Kelly has litigated multiple matters through trial.
