Peter specialises in property litigation disputes and has done so since qualification. He is a Senior Associate within the Property Litigation team in Leeds. Peter also provides specialist internal advice to the Real Estate team. Peter's experience in dealing with disputes also includes arbitration and mediation.
Peter acts on behalf of numerous retail and other tenants, Government departments, landlords and developers in relation to all contentious property related issues including business tenancy renewal disputes, breach of covenant disputes, repair disputes, dilapidations claims, rent review disputes and issues regarding easements and other rights.
