Desron Harry

Desron maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  ‎

Desron has experience advising clients on a range of corporate and securities matters, including cross-border transactions, equity and debt financings, public offerings, corporate ‎reorganizations, and stock exchange listings. Desron also advises clients on securities law compliance and ‎disclosure matters. ‎

Desron earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, during which he was on the Ottawa Law Review editorial board. Desron also served as National Chair of the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada during law school. Prior to attending law school, Desron earned his Bachelor of Arts from McGill ‎University.

Desron summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2025.‎
