DLA Piper advises underwriters on Versamet Royalties’ public offering

DLA Piper advised the underwriters on Versamet Royalties Corporation’s CAD$145 million bought-deal public offering. The transaction included a concurrent CAD$22 million non‑brokered private placement to Tether Investments. 

The offering was led by BMO Capital Markets and National Bank Capital Markets on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters that included ATB Cormark Capital Markets, Raymond James Ltd., and Canaccord Genuity Corporation.
