- Advising the founder shareholders of FUEL10K on its sale to Premier Foods plc.
- Advising US fund manager, Elliott Group, on its GBP350m acquisition of Enra Specialist Finance, the leading independent property-backed lending platform in the UK.
- Advising YouGov plc on its accelerated bookbuild placing of GBP51m in connection with its acquisition of GfK's Consumer Panel Business.
- Advising Dechra Pharmaceuticals, the FTSE 250 veterinary pharmaceuticals business, on two accelerated bookbuild placings raising GBP133.4m and GBP180m.
