Aaron has assisted clients in a broad range of workplace matters, including drafting policies and agreements, assisting in wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal claims, human rights claims, incidents of workplace harassment and violence, performance management, as well as regulatory matters concerning employment standards, workers’ compensation, and occupational health and safety.
Aaron also has experience advising on privacy law matters, including cyber-incident responses to mitigate potential litigation and reputational risks, information access requests, and other related issues.
