Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson is a member of eXplore: DLA Piper’s eDiscovery Resource Center and is an essential team member supporting case teams and clients.  As a member of eXplore, Kevin provides high-level document review and analysis services essential for our clients, including production review, privilege review, quality control review, and fact investigation.  Kevin has significant experience with Relativity and other eDiscovery tools, including analytical tools and technology-assisted review.

Kevin Johnson has over 20 years of eDiscovery experience conducted in multiple states and received the Relativity Review Specialist certification.  He has experience in many legal matters such as environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, antitrust, whistleblower, internal corporate investigations, employment and labor, toxic torts, medical malpractice, IT and software, construction, derivative stock suits, witness kit preparation and governmental second requests.
