  • Currently assisting an international construction company in a construction arbitration under the ICC rules related to construction works in Rotterdam for the energy sector involving EUR60m in claims and counterclaims.
  • Currently assisting an international tech company in an arbitral appeal pursuant to the NAI Rules with respect to an earn-out dispute with tech aspects in which counterparty values its claims at up to EUR145m.
  • Currently assisting an international construction consortium regarding an appeal against an arbitral award from the Dutch Council for Arbitration for Construction Disputes awarding our client over EUR23m to a cross-border infrastructure project.
  • Assisted an international construction company in fending of EUR2m of a claim from a subcontractor in an ICC arbitration with respect to a project for the construction of bridges in an African country.
  • Assisted an international construction company in settling an ICC arbitration in which our client claimed that it was entitled to buy certain shares related to toll roads in Eastern Europe for a purchase price of over EUR35m.
  • Assisted an international construction company in reaching negotiated settlements with two separate employers in the industrial construction sector pursuant to which the client received significant additional compensation and arbitrations were avoided.
  • Won a commercial arbitration in the construction sector successfully fending off a EUR10m claim against our client.
  • Won a commercial arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules of a client in the financial sector against a claim of more than EUR38m.
  • Won a commercial arbitration under the NAI Rules in the transportation sector pursuant to which arbitral award defendant paid the client close to EUR40m.
  • Successfully assisted a client in the energy sector with regards to emergency arbitration under the NAI Rules regarding a joint venture.
  • Successfully assisted a client in the educational sector with regards to a post M&A Arbitration under the ICC Rules.
