About
As a member of the Data Interrogation Team, within the AI & Data Analytics Practice, Lucy Kiernan conducts deep dive investigations into complex data sets using advanced analytics processes for data analysis, organization, and extraction. Her practice supports internal investigations, proactive regulatory compliance, and litigation.  She also participates in AI system assessments and supports the DLA Data Scientists with AI model development for governance, compliance and innovation.

Lucy has experience in deep dive investigations and supporting e-Discovery across numerous fields including complex business litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, intellectual property disputes, white collar investigations, M&A matters, commercial construction litigation, and government investigations.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA, Lucy spent eleven years consulting at other large law firms as an experienced eDiscovery attorney.  Concurrently, she ran a solo law practice for a decade focusing on estate planning and administration.
