  • Provided legal counsel on environmental compliance, including EU environmental law, waste and recycling regulations, and climate-related disclosure obligations.
  • Adviced consumer goods brands on product safety and food law compliance, with a focus on labeling, safety, and packaging regulations, as well as EU harmonization issues. Streamlined global product recall processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
  • Provided legal guidance on digital legislation, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
