  • Representation of a national real estate investment company in its US$198 million disposition of a four-building portfolio located in New York, NY, consisting of multi-tenanted retail and office space
  • Representation of an international real estate investment/management company in its US$113 million disposition of investment property located in Garden City, GA
  • Representation of a local joint venture in its US$100 million disposition of a six-building portfolio located in Bristol County, MA, totaling over 1,000,000 square feet (SF) of multi-tenanted industrial space
  • Representation of a local joint venture in its US$60 million disposition of a six-building portfolio located in Middlesex County, MA, totaling over 450,000 SF of multi-tenanted flex, R&D, and office space
