Matthew (Matt) Kinell focuses his practice in transactional commercial real estate, including the representation of owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, financing, permitting, disposition, leasing, and joint venture structuring of all commercial property types. In addition, Matt has experience in mergers and acquisitions, other business and financial transactions, as well as environmental issues.

Pro Bono
Through his work with various non-profit organizations, Matt provides legal assistance, on a pro-bono basis, to individuals and entities who are unable to afford private counsel in connection with real estate and housing matters. Specifically, Matt is involved with: Lawyer for the Day Program, Biz-Grow Clinic, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Homeless Clinic, Massachusetts Covid Relief Coalition, and Covid-19 Eviction Legal Help.
