Peter Klensch focuses his practice on litigation, white collar, investigations, and government enforcement law.
Peter supports companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as other federal and state government agencies.
Peter also has experience in internal investigations for a wide-range of companies, including those involved in finance, banking, venture capital, and private equity.
Peter assists in complex commercial litigation disputes involving business transactions across the country, including private equity litigation, indemnification claims, breaches of contract, tortious interference, and fraud.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Peter interned for various law firms, mainly working on commercial litigation matters. Peter also worked for three years as the director of policy and government affairs for a non-profit organization in Washington, DC.
Peter is involved in a variety of pro bono projects involving veterans, immigration, and criminal justice.
