Cody Koblinsky is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group.
As part of his general litigation practice Cody assists clients on a broad range of commercial and civil litigation issues. Cody has worked alongside senior counsel to draft numerous court documents including pleadings, facta and motions.
During law school, Cody volunteered with the employment division of the Faculty of Law’s community legal clinic. Prior to law school, Cody earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree from Western University, and worked as a teacher and tutor teaching high school level mathematics.
Cody summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2021.
