  • Legal counsel to AVZ Minerals on the Manono lithium project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, one of the world’s largest lithium deposits, including assistance on arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
  • Legal counsel to the Republic of Burundi on its mining projects.
  • Legal advice to the French Association of Geothermal Professionals (AFPG) on the reform of the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to geothermal activities.
  • Advising companies in connection with their activities governed by the French mining code and litigation relating to exclusive research permits and concessions.
  • Advising Vodacom RDC on the implementation of a new legal and regulatory framework for the telecommunications sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
  • Legal counsel to a manufacturer in connection with the award of a public procurement contract for the supply of services to the French Ministry of Defence.
