Pasha's practice is primarily focused on litigation and intellectual property law. He has experience assisting clients with broad range of commercial and civil disputes, trademark and copyright litigation, as well as regulatory defence matters.
Pasha received his Juris Doctor from the Queen's University Faculty of Law and his Bachelor of Science from McMaster University. While in law school, he competed as a coach in the 2023 Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot.
Before joining DLA Piper as an Associate, Pasha summered and completed his articles with the firm.
