Peter H. Kyle's practice is primarily focused on corporate litigation in Delaware's Court of Chancery and complex commercial litigation in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.

Peter's work encompasses stockholder derivative actions, corporate valuation disputes, M&A litigation, books and records proceedings, arbitrations and internal investigations. Peter has litigated multiple matters through trial, including appraisal actions, contests for corporate control, and expedited proceedings pursuant to the Delaware General Corporation Law. He also regularly counsels corporations and their boards of directors with respect to contemplated transactions and corporate governance best practices.
