Genevieve Labbe is a highly experienced lawyer, Investor Manager, specialising in litigation funding and regulatory matters, with a focus on high-stakes international litigation. She has a proven track record of negotiating third-party funding agreements across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe and the US. Fluent in English and French Genevieve is adept at coordinating complex global litigation strategies, particularly in the fields of cartel damage claims, securities litigation, and arbitration. Her expertise also includes handling over more than 20 high-value commercial litigation and arbitration cases in third party funding, with substantial experience negotiating ATE insurance and settlement agreements.

She is also assisted the Civil Justice Counsel in developing and implementing regulations for litigation funding and the Paris Bar.
