Daniel Larkins is an associate in DLA Piper's Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Class Actions group, with a particular focus on the defense of industrial companies in toxic tort and product liability actions. Daniel is currently involved in the defense of a multinational chemical company in multidistrict litigation involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Daniel is experienced in handling fact discovery and motions practice at all stages of litigation. Daniel's experience also includes litigating trade secrets claims and complex contract disputes, advising insurers regarding COVID-19 business interruption claims, and representing a large multinational corporation in the arbitration of a complex construction dispute.

Daniel is committed to pro bono work, particularly in the field of immigration law. Daniel has represented several clients in applying for lawful permanent resident status, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and has also represented clients in removal proceedings. He has also argued on behalf of a pro bono client in a criminal proceeding before the Appellate Court of Maryland.
