  • Advising Aareal Bank AG on the Luxembourg legal and tax aspects of a strategic GBP275m financing for three Hilton hotels.
  • Advising a leading debt investment firm on the tax structuring of their Luxembourg investment platforms, including securitization vehicles.
  • Advising several investment firms interested in investing in the African market, particularly in the private equity and infrastructure sectors.
  • Advising an international private equity firm on structuring their investments in the materials, ingredients, and life sciences sectors, providing assistance with tax return preparation for their Luxembourg entities.
  • Advising a real estate investment group on setting up a Luxembourg fund and holding structures for real estate investments in Asia.
