  • Acting for Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited in breach of contract dispute with a former franchisee before the New South Wales Supreme Court. The litigation settled.
  • Acting for the purchaser in a breach of contract claim against a property development group before the Victorian Supreme Court. The dispute concerned the interpretation of a special condition within the contract of sale and purchase. Judgment obtained in the purchaser’s favour.
