Yohann Levy

Yohann has a broad business and commercial law practice, with a focus on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. He provides strategic legal counsel to businesses at various stages of growth, advising on financing, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, contract negotiations and commercial transactions.

Throughout his legal studies, Yohann actively engaged in student and pro bono initiatives. He contributed to a wrongful conviction review with Innocence Project Quebec and provided free legal consultations through his faculty’s legal clinic. As VP Communications at Lawyers Without Borders (UQAM), he organized fundraising efforts to support legal aid initiatives worldwide. 

Yohann holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Quebec in Montreal and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montreal. Upon earning his law degree, he acquired valuable experience in both provincial and international firms, practicing across various areas of business law and commercial litigation.
