Yohann Levy

Yohann maintains a broad corporate and commercial law practice, advising clients on a wide range of business transactions and commercial matters. His practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate reorganizations and structuring, real estate transactions and commercial leasing, as well as the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. He also regularly advises businesses on general corporate and commercial matters arising in the course of their operations.

Yohann takes a practical and business-minded approach to his practice, working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and provide solutions tailored to their operations and transactions.

Yohann holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Quebec in Montreal and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montreal. Upon earning his law degree, he acquired valuable experience in both provincial and international firms, practicing across various areas of business law and commercial litigation.
