DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Yohann Levy

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Yohann Levy to the firm’s Montreal office in the Corporate group.‎ Yohann has a general business and commercial law practice.

Yohann provides legal counsel to businesses at various stages of growth, advising on corporate structuring, financing, shareholder agreements, contract negotiations, and commercial transactions.

Yohann obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Université du Quebec à Montreal and his Juris Doctor from the University de Montreal. Prior to joining DLA Piper, he practised at a Montreal-based multi-disciplinary boutique firm.
