Paul L'Huillier advises French and foreign companies on commercial, civil and criminal litigation, particularly in the financial and healthcare sectors.
Paul has developed specific expertise in assisting management companies and family offices with all types of litigation affecting their operations and holdings (shareholder disputes, dismissal of directors, equity litigation), as well as in proceedings involving management companies before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
Paul is also an expert in structuring and regulation of healthcare companies (medical biology, dentistry, radiology, ophthalmology), where he advises investors and operators on their investment projects and litigates before national courts and professional and disciplinary authorities.
