About

Gabriel Loli advises insurers, reinsurers, brokers, adjusters and policyholders on the most complex claims and disputes in the Peruvian market.

With more than 15 years of experience, Gabriel pairs a command of the contractual and regulatory sides of the insurance sector with deep knowledge of construction and engineering law. That combination allows him to support clients across the full risk cycle, from reviewing and interpreting policies, particularly CAR policies, to analyzing coverage and defending their interests in negotiations, arbitrations and court proceedings. To date he has handled coverage, liability, property and construction matters worth more than US$790 million.

Gabriel represents local and foreign clients in arbitrations before Peru's leading institutions, including the arbitration centers of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and AmCham Peru. In public law, he focuses on government procurement, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical industry and the public purchase of medicines and medical devices.

He is a frequent speaker at insurance and arbitration conferences and seminars.
