Jane is an experienced corporate transactions lawyer with a primary focus on the technology sector.

Jane acts for tech companies, venture capital firms, private equity firms and other institutional investors. Her work spans all stages of the corporate life cycle, including early-stage investments, capital raisings and exits. Jane has extensive M&A experience across both domestic and cross border transactions.

Prior to joining DLA Piper Jane worked in-house at Envato, a global online marketplace for creative assets and tools, where she advised on both corporate and commercial matters.
