Samantha Mak is a Senior Associate in the Tax team, based in DLA Piper's Hong Kong office.
Samantha focuses her practice on Hong Kong and cross-border corporate commercial and tax work, with a particular emphasis on cross-border reorganisations and tax controversies.
Samantha has experience in advising international and local clients with cross-border legal and tax planning, as well as structure implementation and helping multinational clients to establish a local presence in Asia.
Samantha also advises international and local clients in handling tax investigations and disputes with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department.
