Tea is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations Group. She practices in the area of ‎commercial and regulatory litigation, with a focus on transportation and forestry. 

Tea represents clients and assists senior counsel on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. ‎Her litigation experience includes complex contractual disputes, administrative law, competition law, and ‎real estate disputes. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of ‎Canada, and has prepared submissions for the BC Forest Appeals Commission.‎

Tea advises clients and senior counsel on complex business disputes, regulatory issues, compliance with ‎the Competition Act, and contractual obligations.‎

Tea received her law degree from Thompson Rivers University where she competed in the Western Canada ‎Moot (MacIntyre Cup). Before law school, Tea completed a BA in Political Science at McGill University.  ‎

Tea summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2025. ‎
