Tea is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations Group. She practices in the area of commercial and regulatory litigation, with a focus on transportation and forestry.
Tea represents clients and assists senior counsel on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. Her litigation experience includes complex contractual disputes, administrative law, competition law, and real estate disputes. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, and has prepared submissions for the BC Forest Appeals Commission.
Tea advises clients and senior counsel on complex business disputes, regulatory issues, compliance with the Competition Act, and contractual obligations.
Tea received her law degree from Thompson Rivers University where she competed in the Western Canada Moot (MacIntyre Cup). Before law school, Tea completed a BA in Political Science at McGill University.
Tea summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2025.
