About

Chezelle McDade is a trusted advocate for global clients navigating complex regulatory and enforcement challenges. As an associate in the White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement practice, Chezelle delivers strategic defense for corporations and executives facing allegations of securities fraud, anti-corruption violations (FCPA), and data integrity issues. Her experience spans matters before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other national regulatory bodies, where she excels at managing parallel proceedings and guiding clients through high-stakes negotiations and witness preparation.

A passionate advocate for access to justice, Chezelle maintains a very active pro bono practice. She regularly volunteers her time to support low-income and vulnerable individuals, including representing clients in asylum and immigration matters, and collaborating with organizations such as Legal Counsel for the Elderly and DC Affordable Law Firm.

During her time at Syracuse University College of Law, Chezelle contributed to the Journal of Global Rights and Organizations, further honing her analytical and advocacy skills.
