Colin McGrath

Colin McGrath focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience litigating disputes in trial and appellate courts nationwide. He has represented a wide range of clients in litigation involving novel RICO and conspiracy claims, in appeals from administrative proceedings, in bankruptcy court proceedings and appeals, and in other matters involving complex statutory and constitutional issues.

Colin joined DLA Piper after working at another major international law firm. Prior to entering private practice, Colin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
