Miguel Mendez focuses his practice on arbitration, civil law, and civil procedural law. He advises clients before arbitral tribunals and the Judiciary in disputes involving breach of contract, nullity and ineffectiveness of legal acts, indemnity claims, real estate matters, enforcement of guarantees, constitutional issues, and corporate conflicts, among others.

He also actively participates in preparing legal reports and developing strategies for anticipating and resolving a wide range of disputes.
