Marcel advises national and international insurers, reinsurers and insurance brokers on all liability and coverage issues.His focus lies on D&O insurances and other pecuniary loss liability insurances.
He represents insurers in court proceedings and out-of-court disputes as well as in claims monitoring.
He also advises on the design of insurance products as well as on issues of brokerage and corporate law.
