Noorvik Minasian litigates and counsels clients in complex US and international commercial disputes. He handles high-stakes matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court, as well as in international arbitral proceedings in a broad array of areas, including contract litigation, business torts, toxic torts, products liability, securities litigation, and insurance and reinsurance-related litigations. Noorvik has represented clients from various industries and sectors, including banks, equipment manufacturers, food companies, insurance companies, investment companies, pharmaceutical companies, and oil companies.
Noorvik has experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolutions.
Additionally, Noorvik assists clients with internal and government facing investigations, such as in connection with alleged violations of the False Claims Act (FCA).
Noorvik maintains an active pro bono practice working continuously on preparing asylum claims. Before joining DLA Piper, Noorvik started his legal career at another elite big law firm. He previously served as an extern to Judge John A. Kronstadt of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Noorvik is fluent in German, Armenian, and Farsi, and conversational in French.
