Noorvik Minasian


Noorvik Minasian litigates and counsels clients in complex US and international commercial disputes. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court, as well as in international arbitral proceedings in a variety of matters, including contract litigation, business torts, toxic torts, products liability, securities litigation, consumer protection, and environmental regulatory compliance. Noorvik has represented clients from various industries and sectors, including banks, equipment manufacturers, food companies, investment companies, pharmaceutical companies, and oil companies.

Noorvik has experience with the management of discovery issues, such as pre-litigation investigations, written discovery, and depositions. He has also experience in drafting dispositive motions and resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolutions.

Additionally, Noorvik has experience with internal and government facing investigations. He has assisted clients in connection with alleged violations of the False Claims Act (FCA).

Noorvik maintains an active pro bono practice working continuously on preparing asylum claims. Before joining DLA Piper, Noorvik started his legal career at another elite big law firm. He previously served as an extern to Judge John A. Kronstadt of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Noorvik is fluent in German, Armenian, and Farsi, and conversational in French.
