Filippo Morini

Filippo Morini is a Lawyer in the Restructuring & Special Opportunities Group within the Litigation and Regulatory department. He works in the Milan office.

Filippo gained experience in insolvency and corporate law and he mainly focuses on advising distressed entities, investors and creditors to deal with the crisis and the related insolvency proceedings.
He practices in both domestic and European/international matters and has gained experience in distressed M&A operations and in insolvency related litigations.
