Filippo Morini

Filippo Morini is a Lawyer within the Litigation and Regulatory department at the Milan office.

Filippo has gained experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate law. He specializes in assisting distressed companies with the implementation of insolvency/reorganization procedures, crisis resolution, and debt restructuring instruments, as well as advising investors and creditors to deal with the crisis and the related insolvency proceedings.

He practices in both domestic and European/international matters and has gained experience in distressed M&A operations and in insolvency related litigations.
