Dani Morrison’s practice focuses on the defense of pharmaceutical and life sciences companies in a variety of state and federal court matters, including coordinated and multidistrict product liability and mass tort actions.  Dani also provides strategic advice to consumer goods companies navigating market entry across multiple international jurisdictions and related regulatory, corporate governance, and commercial matters.

Dani has significant experience across multiple litigation phases, including case management in coordinated proceedings, fact and expert witness development, written discovery and depositions, dispositive motion practice, and mediations.

Dani also maintains an active pro bono practice.  She represents clients with a variety of constitutional claims and veterans seeking an upgrade in their military discharge status.

Prior to joining DLA, Dani clerked for the Honorable Darnell Jones, II for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Theodore A. McKee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
